Based on the 2018 Broadway musical, this play brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage! The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film. A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!


  • KINDER/ TOTS: Ages 2 – 6 years old
    • No audition needed! Just join the Tots (2-4yrs old) or Kinder (4-6yrs old) Musical Theater classes to participate. Explore class options here
    • Kids will participate in a FROZEN, JR showcase on Feb 8th at the Encore Theater in Tustin.
    • Cost:  Production fee of $250 plus the cost of monthly classes. Production fee covers costuming, theater fees, licensing, music and choreography fees. Please visit Cal Elite’s website for monthly class fees.
  • AGES 7 – 18 years old
    • Auditions for principal roles are Saturday, 10/19, from 11:40pm – 3pm at Cal Elite. See below for details.
      • Please note that not all kids who audition will be cast in a principal role.
      • If you are not cast in a principal role, you have the option to perform in the show by enrolling in the FROZEN classes. All FROZEN classes will be cast in the show. Classes include Dance, Voice, Improv, Aerial & Tumbling. Explore class options here.
    • Rehearsals will be Wednesdays, 4-6pm, at Cal Elite Kids.
    • Shows are Feb 7-9, 2020 at Encore Theater in Tustin


FROZEN, JR Auditions are Saturday, 10/19 from 11:40am – 3pm at Cal Elite Kids for ages 7 – 18 years old.

Auditions consist of a monologue, song, and dance from SCPA’s audition materials.

The monologue and song selected must be for ONE character although you will be considered for all characters. You may not mix a monologue from one character with a song from a different character. Audition songs with vocal clips are provided for practice. Auditions will be done with the instrumental version of the songs.
